Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking Office Hours. I look forward to our conversation. Please review the following before your session: • Payment: A minimum payment of $500 is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email. • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded upon request. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session, the appointment will be considered complete and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Meeting Format: Sessions are held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Your meeting link is included in your calendar invitation and confirmation email. • Preparation: To make the most of our time together, please come with your questions, challenges, or goals. If there is any background information you'd like me to review beforehand, you're welcome to email it at least 24 hours before our meeting. • Recording: Sessions are not recorded unless requested and agreed upon by both parties. • Scope: Office Hours are designed for focused strategy, coaching, and problem-solving. They are intended to provide practical guidance and actionable next steps rather than ongoing consulting or project work. I reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of an unforeseen emergency. If that happens, you will be contacted promptly to arrange a new time.
